My journey into holistic nutrition and wellness began from my own experience of searching for balance, healing, and sustainable health.  With the gifts of my studies and own personal experience, I realized that true wellness requires more than quick fixes, it requires understanding how the interconnectedness between mind, body and spirit works and how to support it.

Through years of education, research, and personal transformation, I developed holistic approaches to nutrition, movement, and lifestyle practices that support people as a whole and their long-term wellbeing.
